1. Purpose
These Community Guidelines define what is allowed and not allowed on ipcMap.
Our goal is to create a space where users can:
- Express themselves freely
- Connect safely
- Share authentic content
By using the platform, you agree to follow these rules.
2. Core Principles
Everything on the platform is guided by these values:

Be real. Misleading identities and fake engagement are not allowed.

3. Acceptable Use
You are allowed to:
- Share opinions, ideas, and experiences
- Post content (text, images, videos) you have rights to
- Engage in discussions respectfully
- Report harmful or abusive content
4. Prohibited Content & Behavior
The following are not allowed on the platform:
4.1 Harassment & Abuse
- Bullying, insults, or repeated unwanted contact
- Threats or intimidation
- Targeting individuals or groups with harmful intent
4.2 Hate Speech
Content that promotes hatred against individuals or groups based on:
- Race
- Ethnicity
- Religion
- Gender
- Sexual orientation
- Disability
4.3 Violence & Harm
- Promoting or encouraging violence
- Graphic or disturbing content
- Encouraging self-harm or suicide
4.4 Misinformation
- False information intended to mislead or cause harm
- Manipulated content presented as real
- Coordinated disinformation campaigns
4.5 Impersonation & Fake Accounts
- Pretending to be someone else
- Using another person’s identity without permission
- Creating fake or deceptive profiles
4.6 Spam & Manipulation
- Repetitive or unwanted content
- Fake likes, followers, or engagement
- Clickbait or deceptive links
4.7 Illegal Activities
- Content that violates any applicable law
- Promotion of criminal activities
4.8 Adult & Sexual Content
Restricted or removed:
- Explicit sexual content
- Non-consensual or exploitative material
- Content involving minors
4.9 Intellectual Property Violations
- Posting content you do not own or have rights to
- Unauthorized sharing of copyrighted material
4.10 Platform Abuse
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
- Using bots or unauthorized automation
- Scraping or collecting user data
5. Content Visibility & Distribution
We may limit or reduce the visibility of content that:
- Violates these guidelines
- Is borderline harmful or misleading
- Is reported by multiple users
This may occur even before full removal.
6. Reporting & Enforcement
6.1 Reporting
Users can report:
We review reports using automated systems and human moderation.
6.2 Enforcement Actions
Depending on severity, we may:
- Remove content
- Issue warnings
- Temporarily suspend accounts
- Permanently ban accounts
6.3 Repeat Violations
Repeated violations will lead to stricter penalties, including permanent removal.
7. Appeals
If you believe your content or account was wrongly restricted:
- You may submit an appeal
- We will review the decision
Final decisions will be communicated clearly.
8. Protecting the Community
We actively work to:
- Detect harmful behavior
- Prevent abuse and manipulation
- Improve safety systems
Users also play a role by reporting violations.
9. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these guidelines as the platform evolves. Users will be notified of significant changes.
