CHILD SAFETY AND PROTECTION POLICY

1. Introduction

ipcMap is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation, grooming, or any form of harm directed toward minors.

We actively work to prevent, detect, and respond to violations of child safety standards in compliance with applicable laws and platform requirements, including Google Play policies.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy

We strictly prohibit:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Any sexually explicit content involving minors
  • Grooming behaviour or attempts to exploit minors
  • Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes
  • Sharing, promoting, or linking to CSAM

Any violation will result in:

  • Immediate content removal
  • Permanent account suspension or ban
  • Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities

3. Definition of a Minor

A minor is defined as any individual under the age of 18 years.

4. Prevention Measures

We implement multiple layers of protection to prevent abuse:

4.1 Automated Detection Systems

  • Keyword and phrase filtering for harmful or explicit content
  • Pattern detection for suspicious or abusive behaviour
  • Continuous system monitoring

4.2 User Reporting System

Users can report:

  • Posts
  • Messages
  • Profiles

Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

4.3 Moderation

  • Human moderators review flagged content
  • High-risk cases are prioritized for urgent action

5. Content Review & Enforcement

When content is flagged:

  1. Content is reviewed by our moderation team
  2. If a violation is confirmed:
    • Content is removed immediately
    • User account is restricted or banned
  3. Severe cases are escalated for legal reporting

6. Reporting to Authorities

Where required, we report confirmed CSAM cases to appropriate authorities, including:

  • National or regional law enforcement agencies
  • Authorized child protection organizations

We fully cooperate with investigations.

ipcMap is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors without appropriate consent.

We continuously improve our safety systems by:

  • Updating detection mechanisms
  • Enhancing moderation processes
  • Training staff on child safety practices
